Karate is great way to tone up, build core strength improve balance and confidence as well as teaching you the skills needed to defend yourself.

Ages 7+ and Adults
Taekwon-Do training will help improve co-ordination, fitness, concentration and confidence for both children and adults and excels as a self defence system. The classes are structured but fun and provide an excellent balance of all aspects of martial arts.
